At Fragrance Nevaeh, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your fragrance in its original, unopened cellophane-wrapped packaging and place it inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
